Coach and Commercial Operators

We will confirm your booking in writing along with your contract (one page in plain English). For existing commercial customers no deposit is due and payment is on a 30-day basis from the day of the event payable by cheque/BACS. For new customers a 10% non-returnable deposit is taken with the balance again being due on a 30-day basis from the day of the event. An operator may cancel at anytime up to 1 month before the event with no penalty (or deposit only if new customer). Beyond that cut off there is a sliding scale of cancelation fees. We only charge you for the numbers you confirm with us prior to the event and not for a full coach, or the original estimated numbers.

Private Groups

We will confirm your booking in writing along with your contract (one page in plain English) and take a 10% non-returnable deposit to secure your booking. All prices are in GBP but we can additionally accept USD checks at the relevant exchange rate, and also credit cards via PayPal. UK cheques and payment by BACS are both acceptable. A further 40% is due one month before the tour with the balance being due on the day of the tour. There is a sliding scale of charges for cancelation of booking, but it may also be possible, for example in the case of ill health, to simply change the date of your booking without penalty by mutual agreement.
